Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support senior leadership in driving technical projects from design handoff through to mass production.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer requirements and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, including design schedules, samples, testing and validation plans, and production readiness.
• Coordinate closely with internal team members and external suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Provide clear and timely communication across all stakeholders, escalating urgent issues when necessary.
• Track and report project status, progress, key milestones, and outstanding tasks.
• Support knowledge-sharing efforts by capturing successful project learnings for use in future business development.
• Contribute feedback for continuous improvement in future product development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with PC hardware, software, and testing tools
• Understanding of embedded computing applications across industries such as medical devices, industrial automation, networking, transportation, or security
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• May occasionally need to lift or handle computer hardware such as chassis units
